Hi, My name is Nick and I have over 38 years experience within the highways agency and over 27 years specialising in Traffic, Road Safety Engineering and Road Safety Audits.
I have completed over 1,500 safety audits which means that I will able to pull from my vast knowledge and experience, to help you get the right solution to your problem.
I am also an experienced trainer and is qualified to level 3 in Qualification & Training, (Formally PTLLS) He has also given presentations at various road safety conferences/seminars, and is a regular presenter at both Birmingham and Aston University.

Background
Nick was the Founding Director of The Stilwell Partnership (and Stilwell Road Safety), which specialises in highways and drainage engineering design and he oversaw all of the company’s Road Safety Study, Design and Audit requirements in projects throughout the UK.
He has over 50 years’ experience of Road Safety, Traffic, Highways and Maintenance Engineering within both Local Government and Private Sectors. During this time Nick has undertaken Thousands of Road Safety Audits
Nick has also been an expert Highway Witness at major Public Enquiries. Invented Tracked Roundabouts & SpeedWatch
He is a Fellow and Highways Advisor to ARRM (Member of Council of Management and Trustee) and a Member of the Parliamentary Advisory Council for Transport Safety (PACTS – Road Environment Working Party).
